I’d just like to comment that finally I’ve found someone on a social networking site who gets the point. Those secular relatively crime free and stable societies practice humanism. Which is what we would be practicing as well if we took the time to know our Catholic faith. We need to know and understand our own theology. The Church has spent the last 2000 years or so with the general thrust of trying to save your soul. Their execution may have been flawed now and again, but the Church means to do the world good.

P.S. I was thinking “wow, someone discussed existential humanism pretty well.” Then I discovered he’s an Atenean as well. Brainwashed by the same people methinks hahaha.
